* At 439 am EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
training across the advised area. Radar estimates that 1 to 1.5
inches has fallen in the past hour... with another half inch
possible.


* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

* At 352 am EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain were
tracking northeast across the advisory area. Radar indicates that
1 to 2 inches has fallen in the past hour. An additional half inch
is possible prior to ending.
