southern Butler County in south central Kansas...
northwestern Cowley County in south central Kansas...

* until 100 am CDT

* at 1225 am CDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar was
tracking strong thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall along a
line extending from 7 miles west of Belle Plaine to 5 miles north
of Winfield... and moving northeast at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible with these storms. Locally
heavy rainfall may produce minor flooding.
