Watches & Warnings

Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 3:52 AM EST Jan. 21, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until noon EST today...

* visibility... fog has lifted to a degree early this morning.
However... additional dense fog with visibilities of one quarter
of a mile or less is expected to develop through morning.

* Impacts... low visibilities will lead to difficult driving
conditions. Also... temperatures around freezing into daybreak
may allow for light icing on untreated surfaces.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
