reducing visibilities to below one mile have formed across
portions of Cameron County. Localized areas of dense fog with
visibilities of one-quarter mile will affect the Brownsville...
Harlingen and Bayview areas through around sunrise.

Be aware that visibilities may vary greatly over short distances.
The areas of denser fog should begin to lift around mid-morning
as the surface winds increase. Motorists are reminded to slow
down, use low-beam headlights, and drive with extra caution,
especially when encountering dense fog early this morning.
