... High wind watch remains in effect from Sunday morning through
Sunday afternoon...

* location... eastern Aleutians.

* Wind... east wind 50 to 65 mph with gusts possibly as high as
85 mph.

* Timing... hurricane force wind gusts are expected to develop
near Nikolski Sunday morning and spread eastward toward
Unalaska Sunday afternoon. Winds will taper off from west to
east Sunday afternoon with the hurricane force wind gusts
diminishing by Sunday evening.

* Impacts... high winds may move loose debris and may damage
property.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high wind watch means there is the potential for a hazardous
high wind event. People are encouraged to closely monitor this
