The National Weather Service in Anchorage has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for blowing snow|... which is in effect until 9
PM akst this evening near Kachemak Bay.

* Snow... additional snowfall accumulations up to 2 inches.

* Visibility... one half mile or less at times in blowing snow.

* Timing... snow and blowing snow will continue into the evening
before tapering off by midnight.

* Impacts... travel may be difficult. Visibilities will be limited
in blowing snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
