... Heavy rainfall expected along the north Gulf Coast from Valdez
east as well as in the Wrangell Mountains north west of McCarthy...

The north Gulf Coast will receive up to five inches of rain from
early Thursday morning through Friday. This is a very moist
system and will also cause significant precipitation at higher
elevations in the Wrangell Mountains northwest of McCarthy.

The soils are saturated after the past two days of rainfall.
Localized and small stream flooding is possible.
