The Flood Watch continues for

* portions of northwest Washington and west central Washington...
   including the following counties... in northwest Washington...
Clallam... Grays Harbor... Jefferson... Mason and Whatcom. In
west central Washington... King... Lewis and Pierce.

* Through this evening

* heavy rainfall will continue along the southwest slopes of the
Olympics and in the Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit counties
today. The Skokomish River in Mason County is already under a
Flood Warning. Other rivers that could possibly flood later
today include but are not limited to the Nooksack river in
Whatcom County and the White River in King and Pierce County.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible

tonight to 12 to 14 ft by early Thursday.

* First Ebb... around 915 am this morning. Seas near 21 ft with
breakers.

* Second Ebb... around 915 PM this evening. Seas near 17 ft with
breakers.

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near Harbor
entrances.
