... Lowland snow accumulations are possible late tonight and on
Sunday morning...

Snow accumulations appear likely on Sunday morning over some
lowland portions of western Washington. Showers are expected to
pick up tonight, peaking in both coverage and intensity on Sunday
morning. Meanwhile, snow levels will range from about 200 to 400
feet for the entire I-5 corridor and throughout the greater Puget
Sound region around the time of sunrise. This has the potential
to drop 1 to 3 inches of snow on hills above 200 to 400 feet on
Sunday morning. Locally heavier accumulations are possible in the
Everett area and in east Puget Sound lowland communities such as
Enumclaw and Eatonville. Below elevations of about 200 feet
including near the shores of Puget Sound, little if any snow
accumulation is expected.

Temperatures will rise into the lower 40s on Sunday afternoon,
causing morning snow accumulations to start melting quickly.
