... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Thursday afternoon
through Friday afternoon...

* timing... one to two feet of new snow is likely in the Cascades
and Olympics Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* Main impact... travel over the passes will be greatly affected.
The snow level will be near sea level so all areas of the
mountains will receive heavy snow... including towns at low
elevations.
