... Rain will cause a further increased threat of landslides
Tuesday and Wednesday...

Soils remain saturated or nearly saturated over much of western
Washington. While the landslide risk remains elevated, the threat
will be even higher Tuesday and Wednesday with additional
rainfall expected. Some lowlands not shadowed by the Olympics
could see around 1 inch of rain, with locally higher amounts, from
Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning. This includes the
interior lowlands from around Everett southward, including all of greater
Puget Sound, east lowlands, southwest interior and the coast.
