* timing... snowfall is expected to continue over western Whatcom
County this morning before transitioning to rain by noon today.
Mixed precipitation... such as freezing rain... is possible at
times during the transition from snow to rain between 10 am and
noon today.

* Accumulation... up to an additional inch of snow is possible
this morning... bringing a storm total snow accumulation of 1 to
3 inches.

* Main impact... travel will affected as roadway will be slippery.
