* timing... a weather system will move from south to north over
western Washington tonight. With cold air in place...
precipitation is starting as snow. Precipitation will turn to
rain from the south between 10 PM and 4 am. Some areas south of
Seattle may see a brief period of freezing rain.

* Accumulation... up to 3 inches of snow can be expected before
