* snow amounts... 1 to 3 inches... with greatest amounts expected
west of Ontario.

* Winds... variable mainly east less than 10 mph.

* Timing... snow will increase late this morning and diminish late
this evening.

* Impacts... roads will get fresh snow creating additional travel
hazards.
