* rain and snowmelt will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor
flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, Walla Walla, Hermiston, Boardman,
Dayton, College Place, Umatilla, Stanfield, Irrigon, Waitsburg,
echo, Prescott, Kahlotus, Starbuck, west Pasco, Huntsville, Snake
River and Holdman.

Additional rainfall of up to 1 inch is expected over
the area. This additional rain will make minor flooding.
