The National Weather Service in Pendleton Oregon has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
rain and snowmelt in...
north central Deschutes County in central Oregon...

* until 415 am PST Thursday

* at 246 PM PST, emergency management reported snowmelt causing
urban flooding in Bend. Numerous streets and intersections in
Bend have high water or water flowing through them. There is also
some minor street flooding in Redmond. Only a small amount of
rain is expected overnight, with the water expected to recede by
morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bend, Redmond and Tumalo.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall and snowmelt will cause
flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets
and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
