Fire Weather Watch
Issued: 5:32 AM PDT Jun. 24, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Fire Weather Watch remains in effect from Sunday afternoon
through Monday evening for abundant lightning on dry fuels for
fire weather zone 624...

* impacts: lightning and high fire danger will likely result in
new fire starts. Gusty thunderstorm winds could contribute to
fire spread. Despite rainfall, initial attack resources could be
overwhelmed and holdover fires are possible.

* Fuels: while heavy fuel moistures may not be conducive to
significant fire growth, finer fuels are dry and may ignite and
carry fire.

* Thunderstorms: isolated to scattered.

* Affected area: in south central or... fire weather zone 624. This
includes northern portions of 624 from Chiloquin north on Sunday
then most all of zone 624 on Monday.

* Counties affected:
in south central or... Klamath... lake.
