The Flood Warning continues for the Navarro river at Navarro...

* from Sunday morning to Sunday afternoon or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 9:15 PM Saturday, the stage was 16.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Forecast... this river is expected to crest just above flood stage at
23.2 feet late Sunday morning, then recede to near 12.0 feet by noon
on Tuesday.
* Impacts... at 23.0 feet, flooding of Highway 128 approximately 5
miles from Highway 1 is certain and the Road will be closed.
Motorists should use alternate routes.

... Storm Warning remains in effect until 4 am Sunday...

* winds... S 35 to 45 kt with gusts to 60 kt through late tonight.

* Waves... short period S waves building to 10 to 15 ft at 10 to 12
seconds. Large W swell around 20 feet at around 17 seconds
subsiding. Seas will remain elevated through early next week.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Storm Warning means winds of 48 to 63 knots are imminent or
occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in port... or take
shelter until winds and waves subside. Commercial vessels should
prepare for very strong winds and dangerous sea conditions... and
consider remaining in port or taking shelter in port until winds
and waves subside.
