The Flood Warning continues for
the Yolo bypass near Lisbon.
* Until further notice.
* At 9:15 am Saturday the stage was 18.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Expected to rise above flood stage of 19.0 ft late tomorrow
evening then forecast to rise to near 19.0 ft Monday morning then
forecast to fluctuate near 19.0 ft thru late Monday morning.
* Flood stage 19.0 ft
* monitor stage 13.0 ft
* impact... near 19.0 feet, Mound farms and senator Outing Duck club
are flooded.
* Impact... near 16.0 feet, Glide in ranch is completely flooded.
* Impact... near 15.0 feet, County Road 155 is flooded west of the
Golden sprig Duck club.
* Impact... near 14.0 feet, skyrakers Duck club ponds begin to flood.
* Impact... near 13.0 feet, flood waters extend approximately 1 mile
west of the Tow drain downstream of the Lisbon gage.
* Impact... near 12.0 feet, County Road 107 is flooded.
* Impact... near 11.0 feet, Glide in ranch & Mound farms begin to
flood.
* Impact... near 10.5 feet, local roads on the east side of the Yolo
bypass south of the I-80 causeway are flooded.
* Impact... near 9.5 feet, Yolo bypass flooding extends 1/4 mile west.
No structural damage is occurring.

... Wind Advisory in effect from 6 am to 10 am PST Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Sacramento has issued a High Wind
Warning, which is in effect from 2 am to 6 am PST Sunday. A Wind
Advisory has also been issued. This Wind Advisory is in effect
from 6 am to 10 am PST Sunday.

* Timing... southerly winds increase late tonight with strongest
winds expected early Sunday morning. Winds decrease by Sunday
afternoon but remain breezy into Sunday evening.

* Winds... southerly winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph. A
brief period of damaging winds possible after midnight until
early Sunday morning with sustained wind speeds of at least 40
mph or gusts of 60 mph or higher.

* Impacts... downed trees and power outages.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 40 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Issued: 2:06 PM PST Jan. 21, 2017 – National Weather Service

Forecast information for
Sacramento River at Tisdale Weir.
* At 1:15 PM Saturday the stage was 49.0 feet.
* Present overflow depth is about 3.5 ft then overflow depth at Weir
increasing to 3.7 ft near tomorrow noon then overflow depth at Weir
decreasing to 3.6 ft tomorrow evening then overflow to remain near
depth of 3.6 ft thru Monday afternoon.
* Flood stage 53.0 ft
* monitor stage 45.5 ft
* impact... near 45.5 feet, Tisdale Weir crest elevation. Overflow
begins into the Tisdale bypass. This water eventually ends up in
the Sutter bypass.
