warning below 2000 feet, which is in effect from midnight tonight
to 9 am PST Wednesday. The dense fog advisory has been cancelled.
The freeze watch is no longer in effect.

* Temperature... 28 to 32 degrees possible late tonight into
Wednesday morning.

* Impacts... temperatures this cold may damage plants and pipes
if left unprotected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation. Take precautions to protect exposed pipes,
pets, and livestock.

   may start low on Wednesday before rising on Thursday.

*Localized roadway flooding with Leaf clogged drains.

*High confidence in wetter weather, but low confidence in
   precipitation totals and timing

.Timing and strength...
*coldest night of the stretch tonight. Widespread subfreezing
   temperatures across most of the valley, single digits possible
   over higher terrain.

*System 1: late Wednesday into Thursday. Low snow levels to
   start. Light precipitation totals across the valley, moderate
   precipitation over Sierra.

*System 2: Friday, possible into Saturday. High snow levels.
   Narrow plume of moisture. Some valley locations may miss out on
