* winds... W 15 to 25 kt through this afternoon... becoming S 35 to
45 kt with gusts to 60 kt from this evening into the overnight
hours.

* Waves... large W swell 25 to 30 feet at around 17 to 18 seconds
will persisting through today... then subside to around 20 feet
by Sunday. Seas will remain elevated through early next week.
