* From Friday morning to late Friday night.
* At 8:15 am Thursday the stage was 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Forecast... flood stage may be reached by near noon tomorrow.
* This river is forecast to recede to near 14.0 ft early tomorrow
morning... then expected to rise above flood stage of 23.0 ft near
noon tomorrow. The river is forecast to crest near 27.0 ft tomorrow
afternoon... then forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 ft
tomorrow evening.

... Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 9 PM PST Friday...

* winds... south 5 to 15 kt today increasing to 15 to 30 kt with
higher gusts tonight. Winds will be higher near Cape Mendocino
and Point Saint George

* waves/seas... west 13 to 14 feet around 14 seconds today
building to 15 to 18 feet around 15 seconds tonight and
Friday. Building to 24 feet or higher around 18 seconds by
Friday night.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A hazardous seas warning means hazardous sea conditions are
imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in
port... or take shelter until waves subside. Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port or
taking shelter in port until hazardous seas subside.
