... A Flood Warning for urban areas and small streams remains in
effect until 815 am PST Wednesday for central Sonoma County...

At 1126 PM PST, reporting gauges at the mark West Creek near Mirabel
Heights indicated flooding continues across the warned area. Mark
West Creek remains above moderate flood stage late Tuesday night and
will continue to gradually recede through midweek, yet likely remain
above flood stage.

Some locations that will experience flooding include locations in
the vicinity of mark West Creek.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
