... Wind Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to noon
PDT Friday...

* timing... northwest winds will increase Thursday afternoon and
evening and become locally strong and gusty by late Thursday
night. Winds will remain strong and gusty through Friday
morning before slowly diminishing Friday afternoon.

* Winds... northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts as high as
50 mph.

* Impacts... downed trees and tree limbs, blowing debris, and
local power outages.
