Advisory... which is in effect from 1 PM Wednesday to 1 am PST
Thursday.

* Timing... Wednesday afternoon and night.

* Winds... southerly wind gusts from 40 to 50 mph... strongest near
the coast and in the hills above 1000 feet.

* Impacts... downed trees, limbs and powerlines leading to possible
power outages. Driving of high profile vehicles will be
difficult during periods of strong winds along with extra debris
on area roads.
