evening for gusty south to southwest winds... very low relative
humidity... and heat for the Los Angeles County mountains...

* winds... south to southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35
mph this afternoon and evening will decrease to 8 to 12 mph
with local gusts to 25 mph. The strongest winds will likely
occur in the vicinity and through the Soledad Canyon area.

15 to 30 percent.

* Temperatures... maximum temperatures this afternoon will be
between 90 and 100 degrees across the lower elevations and

of wildfire that would lead to a threat to life and property.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are expected or occurring. This in combination with very dry
fuels will create extreme fire danger and/or fire behavior.

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field of this red flag warning.
