Fire Weather Warning
Issued: 2:59 PM PST Dec. 13, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Red flag warning remains in effect from 6 am Thursday to 10 am
PST Friday for gusty northeast winds and low relative humidity
for the Ventura coast and Los Angeles coast from Malibu to
Hollywood Hills...

* winds... northeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph Thursday
into Friday morning... except 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph
across the eastern portions of the Ventura County coastal
plain.

* Relative humidity... minimum 3 to 10 percent with very poor

for very rapid spread of wildfire. Long range spotting, and
extreme fire behavior that could lead to a threat to life and

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
