* temperatures for San Diego County coastal areas... Orange
County... and the inland Empire... 95 to 105.

* Temperatures for the Santa Ana Mountains and the far inland San
Diego County valleys... 88 to 98.

* Impacts... overexposure to heat could lead to heat illness
especially for people at risk... including the elderly and
children. Pets are also at risk.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Take extra precautions if you work or spend time outside. When
possible... reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or
evening. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat
