... High surf advisory remains in effect until 2 am PST Friday...

* surf... 5 to 8 ft with sets to 10 ft. Swell and surf will slowly
lower during the day Thursday.

* Timing... through Thursday night with the highest surf expected
late this afternoon and evening.

* Tides... high tide of 5.2 to 5.3 ft at around 645 am Thursday.

* Impacts... strong rip currents and dangerous swimming
conditions. Minor flooding possible at susceptible low lying
beach areas during high tide.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high surf advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in
the advisory area... producing localized beach erosion and
dangerous swimming conditions.
