MST/ for southwestern Mohave... eastern San Bernardino and
southeastern Clark counties...

At 1231 am... Doppler radar indicated only isolated thunderstorms
with light to moderate rain showers across the warned area from
Mohave Valley and Oatman. Flash flooding from the earlier heavy
rainfall of around three-quarters of an inch in 30 minutes will
continue to impact flood prone roads through 130 am.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bullhead City... Oatman... Golden Valley... Mohave Valley.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
