... The Flash Flood Warning for east central San Bernardino and south
central Clark counties will expire at 1230 am PDT...

The heavy rain ended shortly after 11 PM over the area extending
from Cal-Nev-Ari along Highway 95 into California. Flash flooding is
no longer expected to pose a threat, but Highway 95 will remain
closed near the Laughlin turnoff until debris is cleared. Please
continue to heed any remaining Road closures.

... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 100 am PDT for
southeastern San Bernardino County...

The California Highway patrol reported that Highway 95 was closed
due to flash flooding just south of Needles near Five Mile Road.
Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain were
moving out of the warned area. However, flash flooding can still be
expected across sections of Highway 95 between Needles and Vidal
Junction through at least 1 am as flood waters gradually recede.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Highway 95 at mile marker 29... Needles and Vidal Junction.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 1245 am PDT for
north central San Bernardino and southeastern Inyo counties...

At 1145 PM PDT... Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms and
heavy rain had moved east of the warned area. However, between 1 and
2 inches of rain is estimated to have fallen over the secondary
roads near Kingston Peak and Excelsior mine.

Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
San Bernardino and southeastern Inyo counties... including Excelsior
mine Road.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 130 am PDT/130 am
MST/ for southwestern Mohave... eastern San Bernardino and
southeastern Clark counties...

At 1130 PM... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain were moving to the east of Golden Valley and rainfall was
diminishing across the warned area. Around three-quarters of an inch
of rain fell in 30 minutes and flash flooding can be expected for
flood prone roads.

Some locations that will experience flooding
include... Bullhead City... Oatman... Golden Valley... Mohave Valley.

deaths occur in vehicles.
