The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
east central San Bernardino County in Southern California...

* until 900 am PDT

* deep water flowing across Highway 95 near mile marker 70 will
eventually make its way over The Needles Highway between Needles
and Big Bend. This flooding in the Piute wash was caused by
extensive heavy rainfall from thunderstorms last evening and will
continue to flow through at least 9 am. Flash flooding is expected
to begin shortly across The Needles Highway
