through late Monday night...

* timing... strong winds are expected to develop Monday afternoon
and continue through Monday night.

* Winds... west to northwest 30 to 40 mph with gusts over 60 mph
possible.

* Impacts... dangerous driving conditions due to strong
Crosswinds and rapidly reduced visibility at times. High winds
can topple trees... down power lines... remove shingles and
damage weakened buildings and roofs.
