... Winter Storm Warning in effect from 4 am Sunday to 4 am PST
Monday...

The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Winter Storm
Warning for heavy snow and blowing snow... which is in effect from
4 am Sunday to 4 am PST Monday.

* Snow accumulations... 4-8 inches in the valleys and 10-15 inches
mountains.

* Peak winds... south 15 to 30 mph gusting to 50 mph in the
valleys, 30 to 40 mph gusting to 60 mph mountains.

* Impacts... visibilities are expected to drop to 1/4 mile or less
due to blowing snow. If travel is necessary, be prepared for
sudden changes in visibility, especially on (north-south/east-
west) roads.
