... High Wind Warning remains in effect until 4 PM PST this
afternoon...

* timing: winds will increase today with strongest winds from
late morning through mid-afternoon.

* Winds: south to southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph
increasing to 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph from late
morning through this afternoon. Wind prone areas may gust up
to 70 mph.

* Impacts: damage to trees, power lines and property could
occur with winds of this magnitude. Expect hazardous travel
conditions for high profile vehicles along Highway 95 with
travel restrictions possible.
