central Lincoln County in central New Mexico...

* until 230 PM MDT.

* At 1224 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Arroyo and small stream flooding in
the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Capitan, Fort Stanton, smokey bear historical park and Angus.
