* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
southeastern San Juan County in northwestern New Mexico...
north central McKinley County in west central New Mexico...

* until 500 PM MDT

* at 259 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms in northwest New Mexico. Up to one
inch of rain has already fallen with another one inch possible
through 500 PM MDT. This will result in sudden and rapid flows in
normally dry arroyos and ponding of water on roads and low lying
areas.

* Locations impacted include...
blanco Trading Post... Lake valley and el Huerfano Trading Post.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely.

east central McKinley County in west central New Mexico...
southwestern Sandoval County in north central New Mexico...

* until 430 PM MDT

* at 231 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms over west central New Mexico. Up
to one inch of rain has already fallen with another inch or so
possible through 430 PM. This will result in sudden and rapid
flows in normally dry arroyos and ponding of water on roads and
low lying areas.

* Locations impacted include...
Laguna Pueblo... Cubero... Acoma Pueblo... McCartys... Mesita...
New Laguna... Cebolletita... San Fidel... Marquez and Skyline-ganipa.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 94 and 123.
