Issued: 9:44 PM MDT Mar. 29, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 6 PM Thursday to
6 am MDT Saturday...

* affected area... west central and southwest Utah.

* Snow accumulations... 2 to 5 inches except 4 to 8 inches along
the I-15 corridor.

* Timing... rain and snow will develop Thursday afternoon and
change to snow Thursday evening. Snow will become heavy at
times Thursday night. Periods of snow, heavy at times, will
continue into Friday night before diminishing Saturday morning.

* Snow levels... near 8000 feet Thursday afternoon falling to
valley floors by Thursday evening.

* Impacts... winter driving conditions can be expected across this
area, particularly along I-15 in west central and southwest Utah.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means that significant
accumulations of snow are expected or occurring. Driving
conditions may be hazardous. Use caution. Keep a winter storm
survival kit in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
