... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 5 PM this afternoon to
5 PM MST Monday...

The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow, which is in effect
from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM MST Monday.

* Impacts... difficult travel from snow covered and icy roads
developing late this afternoon through Monday due to falling
snow and blowing snow.

* Timing... heaviest snow showers this evening across the Sawtooths
and Wood River Valley and overnight Sunday night through Monday
morning for the upper snake Highlands.

* Snow accumulations... 1 to 4 inches valleys and 5 to 9 inches
with locally higher amounts above 7000 feet elevation.

* Confidence... timing, medium. Amounts, medium. Impacts, medium to
high.

* Locations... Galena Summit, Ashton hill, Stanley, Clayton, St.
Anthony, Ashton, Island Park, Driggs, Victor, Hailey, Ketchum,
and Bellevue.
