Issued: 12:32 AM MST Dec. 4, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 5 am early this
morning to noon MST Monday...

* timing... light snow across western and northwestern Wyoming
early this morning will give way to increasing moderate snowfall
by late morning. Heavy snow is expected over the mountains by
this evening... lasting overnight into early Monday morning
before decreasing in intensity through the rest of the morning
hours.

* Total snowfall... possible 10 to 22 inches.

* Wind and visibility... southwest wind increasing to 25 to 35 mph
with gusts 40 to 50 mph by this afternoon may cause areas of
blowing and drifting snow... with visibility limited to one
quarter mile or less at times.

* Impacts... roads may become snow packed and slick with limited
visibility at times. People planning outdoor activities should
be prepared for adverse winter weather conditions and take the
proper precautions.
