... Areas of blowing snow tonight...

Southwest to west wind between 15 and 30 mph across South Pass and
togwotee mountain passes will result in areas of blowing snow
tonight. Visibility could be less than a mile at times. Motorists
should be prepared for sudden reductions in visibility as well as
slick and snow covered roads.
