from midnight tonight to noon MST Monday.

* Timing... snow across northern Wyoming is expected to develop
from midnight to early morning continuing until noon.

* Total snowfall... possible 5 to 10 inches in the Bighorn
Mountains with 2 to 4 inches from Buffalo to Kaycee.

* Wind and visibility... north to northwest wind increasing to 15
to 25 mph with gusts 40 mph may cause areas of blowing and
drifting snow... with visibility down to a quarter mile or less
at times on Powder River Pass and along Interstate highways 90

* Impacts... roads may become slick... and snow packed with limited
visibility at times. People planning outdoor activities should
be prepared for adverse winter weather conditions and take the
proper precautions.
