... Strong winds with low relative humidity Friday...

Ahead of a Pacific low pressure trough, strong winds are expected
developing late Friday morning continuing through Friday evening.
Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph are
expected. Relative humidity is expected to drop to 17 to 23
percent in the afternoon.

Travel with light weight and high profile trailers may become
difficult. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
