... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 5 PM this afternoon to
noon MST Tuesday...

The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for the Wind River basin which is in effect from
5 PM this afternoon to noon MST Tuesday.

* Timing... snow will develop rather quickly by 3 PM this afternoon
and will become heavy at times by sunset. Snowfall will continue
tonight and through 12 noon Tuesday.

* Snow totals... 4 to 6 inches with some local areas receiving up
to 7 inches.

* Wind and visibility... quarter to half mile in moderate to heavy
snowfall.

* Main impact... roads and highways will become slick and snow
packed and travel will be difficult at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
visibilities will be severely limited due to strong winds blowing
