... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Monday afternoon
through late Monday night...

* timing... Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* Total snow accumulations... 3 to 5 inches with locally higher
amounts.

* Winds/visibility... west to southwest winds of 25 to 30 mph
sustained with gusts to 40 mph. Visibilities could be reduced
under a half mile in moderate snow and blowing snow.

* Impacts... mainly to transportation. Travel could be difficult
with blowing and drifting snow, slick roads and poor
visibilities.
