... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from this evening through
Tuesday morning...
... Winter Storm Warning is cancelled...

The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has cancelled the
Winter Storm Warning.

* Locations include the cities of... Aspen... Vail... Snowmass...
Buford... Trappers Lake.

* Timing... a few snow showers will linger through noon. After a
break in the precipitation this afternoon... snow will is
expected to redevelop this evening and could continue through
early Tuesday morning.

* Snow accumulation... 6 to 12 inches with locally higher amounts
are possible.

* Winds... southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Impacts... mountain roadways will be snow packed with winter
driving conditions continuing through the weekend and into
early next week. Visibilities will be reduced to under a half
mile at times during the heaviest snowfall.
