... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11 am this morning to
midnight MST tonight...

* affected areas... northeast Weld... Logan... Sedgwick and Phillips
counties

over to snow around noon and continue through the evening hours
before tapering off around midnight

* snow accumulations... 4 to 7 inches with higher amounts closer to
the Wyoming border

* wind/visibility... sustained winds of 10 to 15 mph with gusts up
to 22 mph will be possible by the afternoon causing reduced
visibility and slick roads.

* Impacts... snow and winds will create hazardous winter driving
conditions with reduced visibility and snow possibly blowing
onto roadways. Roads will become icy and snow packed.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
