... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 11 am MST this
morning...

* location... eastern Sawatch and western mosquito ranges above
11000 feet... including Fremont and Monarch passes.

* Cause and timing... periods of moderate snowfall and blowing
snow are expected through this morning.

* Total snow accumulation... 8 to 18 inches with locally higher
amounts.

* Wind... west 20 to 40 mph gusting up to 70 mph.

* Impact... travel conditions will be difficult to impossible due
to heavy... blowing snow... near zero visibilities and icy...
snow covered roads.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected to occur. Significant amounts of snow
