northwestern Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
western Loving County in western Texas...

* until 400 PM CDT

* at 1255 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Arroyo and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already
fallen... with some locally higher amounts.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Orla... Red Bluff Reservoir and Red Bluff.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated... or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Pecos... Presidio valley... Reeves County and upper trans
