New Mexico... the extreme northwestern Permian Basin... Guadalupe
and Davis Mountains and the adjacent plains...

... Fire Weather Watch in effect from Friday morning through
Friday evening for warm... dry... very windy... and very high fire
danger for southeast New Mexico... the extreme northwestern Permian
Basin... Guadalupe and Davis Mountains and the adjacent plains...

* wind... west 25 to 45 mph with higher gusts Thursday. West to
northwest 20 to 35 mph with higher gusts Friday.

* Temperatures... 15 to 20 degrees above normal Thursday. Near
normal on Friday.

* Humidity... 7 to 15 percent.
